Spent one business week. Very well located about 100 meters far from the Pasalimani Marina. You can enjoy walking around just on the seafront. Rooms are clean and sufficienlty quiet. Anyway, their size is quite small. Breakfast in the average. Compared to the service level, very good price. The public service transportation is quite far away from the hotel location. However, a very good choice for a business sojourn at Piraeus.

great little hotel. It is located approx. 2 km. from the port, so you'll need a taxi.
There are breakfast from kl. 6:00 if you're going out to the islands with the early ferry.
good service and good rooms, though a bit small if you have to sleep a family in a room.
Price is very reasonable and there is breakfast included.
Fine bathroom and there are towels and little soaps.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Good value. Very, clean room with spacious balcony, working aircon, and tv. Room and bathroom size a bit small but still manageable for those travelling solo. Location wise, a little hard to navigate to. It's uphill and airport buses do not stop nearby - unless you go all the way to the end on X96 and take the next X96 back to the airport - ask hotel before hand if you really don't know Greek . Near to sailboat port, carefour, coffee shops and restaurants. Wifi worked initially only downstairs but a reset did the job. Nice breakfast selection and I had mine at 7am. Did a 20 minute walk to my ferry to safe a few Euros. Reception staff were accommodating but not proactive enough. Floor numbering a bit weird, so don't be mislead. Street a little rundown but is SAFE.

Spent an unexpected night here whilst waiting for a ferry, couldn't of found a better place. Beautiful location, close to the marina and to many food joints to choose from.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly getting breakfast out nice an early for me to catch my ferry.
Rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony. Basic but nice. and for the price I wasn't complaining excellent value.
Defiantly a place to spend some time.

Room Tip: Are all pretty good, stayed here twice. an internal room is the quietest.

We stayed here for one night as we were getting ferry to Santorini at 7 next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and functional. The only problem we had was with the taxi driver that we got from the airport who drove around for ages to find it. Otherwise it was an excellent choice for our needs.

This is exactly what we expected and desired: a clean place near Port of Piraeus for a quick overnight stop before an early morning ferry. If that's what you want, you'll like this hotel.
Don't expect anything posh (the hotel photos make it appear more posh than it is) but it's functional, safe and clean.
I give the staff a lot of credit: they've taken what must have been a shoddy old building and renovated the rooms. The result is a small, updated, clean hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are small but fine. The beds are comfortable enough and everything is clean. The bathrooms have new features such as faucets, sink and shower. The shower worked well. The towels are fluffy and current.
A blow dryer, shampoo and soap are provided.
The staff who works there appears to be a family and they were nice and helpful.
Every attempt has been made to make the best of the space. There's a small flatscreen TV (which we didn't use). The a/c in the rooms works wonderfully-- always a plus!
Free WiFi. WiFi worked better here than at any of the fancy island resorts where we stayed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms may have a bit of an (old building?) odor at first, but don't worry: when you turn on the a/c, it goes away.
There's an unairconditioned lobby area with couches and chairs to spend a few minutes reading or relaxing. They sell Greek playing cards and a few souvenirs in the lobby.
They advertise 24 hour room service which I think means they will order from various nearby restaurants and bring it to your room. There are plenty of great restaurants from which to choose.
From the hotel, it's about a two or three minute walk to Four Brothers for some great Greek food or a few minutes to the waterfront, which is very scenic and lined with wonderful restaurants and bars. A nice place to walk in the evening.
The actual port from which the ferries sail is a little bit further but not much. The taxi ride there costs 5 Euro (though one taxi charged us 10 Euro) and took us less than 5 minutes.
We asked our travel agent, the information counter at the airport and others how much the taxi ride from the airport to Lilia should be (we got taken badly on a previous Greek taxi trip). We were told 40-50 Euro, 50 Euro, and 50-60 Euro. In the end, we were charged 64 Euro FYI. The trip to or from the airport takes 30-40 minutes if there's no meaningful traffic.
The breakfast is free and they have a nice selection for a small hotel.
They want you key lock your door and leave the key at the front desk each time you leave the building. You have to get your luggage up a very small elevator but it's possible.
This is a good value for what we paid and we got what we expected--perhaps even a bit more.
Thank you!

Just stayed here one short night, prior to catching an early morning ferry to the islands, but it was long enough to see why the Lilia gets top marks from travellers. First, the check-in was quick, smart, and helpful: "Leaving early tomorrow? What time is your ferry? So, you'll need to be there an hour earlier, which means you'll probably want breakfast at, say, 6:00?" And that's how it went. Our top-floor room was very comfortable, with a nice double bed and bathroom with shower. It also had its own large terrace, which we would have enjoyed if we were to have stayed longer. There are an elevator, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour room service. When we were finished with breakfast, a taxi was called, and we were on our way. A real little gem of a hotel, and perfect for those passing through to or from the islands.
