The Pasta Dishes! Calamari and Shrimp. Friendly Staff, Centrally located, nice decor and overall atmosphere. Especially recommended for business lunch and dinner.

We love to eat here and do so about twice each trip. Yes, it is not inexpensive but the food is unflaggingly good...especially the pastas. My favorite is the vegetable risotto. That with the pandasea salad and a Heinekin on tap is worth dragging oneself up the hill in Kolonaki after 12 hours in planes from New York to Athens.

Last night we discovered a fixed price dinner offering of a salad, entree and cake desert for 20 euros. The portions for the first two were as huge and delicious as ever and the chocolate cake was worthy of a chef at La Grenouille. No kidding. My husband, who is a "connoisseur of the pastry sciences" loved it.

As for the staff and the atmosphere, we like to sit outside, but inside upstairs in what looks like converted factory turned art gallery is charming too. We have generally had very good experience with the wait staff. They are efficient and businesslike but will crack a smile when we try to order in Greek. Must be our accents.

The prices are not reflected to the overall experience. Both the service and the food are below mediocre. I wouldn't visit it again nor recommend it to friends.

I've been there time and time again, as its centrally located and easily accessible for a lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I've always thought it was on the expensive side, considering what it offers. However, the last time i went there was beyond my imagination - 3 people, 1 beer and 3 sole fish cost us 170 euros. That, without the maitre ever mentioning the price of the fresh fish, or asking us -as required- to select and weigh the fish. When the bill came, we expressed our discomfort to the maitre, who acknowledged they are very expensive, and that the procedures usually in place were not followed, and promised i would get a call from the owner. we paid and left; and 20 days later, still waiting for this call.
