Manh Manh was recommended to us by our hotel (Hera) and what a great reccomendation it was!
The place was easy to find, the service was awesome and the the food was AMAZING. If you go before seven they have half size portions that are cheaper than the full size portions but still large enought to share. This is nice because you are still able to try a little bit of everything. Our favorites were the cheese rolls and the pork. I would highly reccommend this place.

One of the best restaurant that I have been in Athens! If you go there before 7pm during the weekdays, they have half portion to serve. We try the sausage fried onion and turkey meatball for starters, pork belly and chicken spaghetti for main dishes!! all the food are tasty and with a acceptable price.

While wondering around the Plaka, we stop in at a oil/spice store. The shop owner (Nick) recommended Manh Manh for dinner. We found it (it is on the 2nd floor of a nondescript building. We ventured in and found a wonderful restaurant. We were there before 7PM, and they serve half portions till 7. We ordered several half dishes and each was excellent. The steamed mussels were heavenly, not the PEI mussels we are used to in the US but rather small delicate mussels finished in a fennel and lemongrass sauce, Mani Mani salad, traditional Greek pasta with chicken and grilled veal meatballs with pita. Amazing...every dish was GREAT. Our waitress was very helpful and gave us an after dinner drink gratis. You must go and try this food. Try to go before 7PM (I know it's early) and get the half portions to try more of their food.

We have been to this restaurant several times, the first with a friend who recommended it and have been very pleased each visit. Manh Manh is somewhat non-traditional Greek food with a unique presentation and flavor. Definitely a restaurant NOT to miss when in Athens

We have just had a wonderful evening. Everything about this place was excellent from the atmosphere to the charming staff and delicious food. However don't be fooled by the English translations of some of the dishes. They are far more exciting than described - especially the 'cheese rolls' which were cheese, peppers and almond filled filo pastry parcels set on a bed of tomato sauce - a triumph of tastes.
