Based on the excellent Trip Advisor reviews we booked a shore excursion to Corinth. We were met by Stratos at the port. He provided background information on the construction of the Corinth Canal, including a short video. He knew that the reason we had chosen this excursion was to follow in the footsteps of St. Paul. While we were traveling to Corinth he shared an informational video tracing the ministry of St. Paul in Greece. Once we arrived at the old Corinth site he gave us plenty of time to explore on our own and at the conclusion suggested we also visit a small church near the site. He included a visit to the ancient acropolis, and to the site where St. Paul actually landed in Athens. He offered to also take us to Mars Hill in Athens, although we had already visited this site.
We found Stratos to be congenial and well-informed and at the conclusion of our tour felt like we had made a new friend! We highly recommend for those wishing a personalized and unhurried visit to the area, and we highly recommend Stratos!
