The location is perfect, only 5 mins' walk to acropolis. The view from rooftop terrace is breath-taking...unforgetable....the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Do ask for a room with balcony of acropolis view and you will love it!

For the price this little hotel was just great. Very near the acropolis, plaka, and the new archeological museum, we had a great view of the Parthenon. Room is very clean but tiny, the breakfast buffet was great! Like the other reviewer, beware of the restaurant at the plaka the front office suggests going to. Too expensive!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Some of the decor and furnishings are a bit dated. We got wifi in our room but the TV only picked up local channels. Our room had a small balcony and a nice view over Filopappou Hill. The latter makes a nice walk in the shade of the trees.
Unlike so many hotels in Athens it is in a fairly quiet location and extremely handy for visiting the Acropolis (n.b. There are often very long queues for the Acropolis - best time to visit is late afternoon). The hotel is also very close to the start of the City Sightseeing Bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were adequate, with especially good yoghurt. They don't have their own restaurant for evening meals, but there were a couple fairly close by. To get to an area with a large selection of restaurants is 10-15 minute walk. The nearest metro (Akroplolis) is a 10 minute walk. There are excellent views from the hotel roof terrace. In fact the Acropolis is so prominent that it can be seen from many places in central Athens!
There was noise and some dust from the building site next door - this was no problem to us as we were out during the day, but it could be an issue for some people. Hopefully it will soon be finished.

We stayed at the Acropolis view hotel for three nights before we went onto Skopelos island for the rest of our holiday. The hotel is very well located in a quite street but very close to both the Acropolis and the the center of Athens.
The rooms are clean and well maintained but the highlight is the view from the 5th floor roof terrace. From the roof you could sit and enjoy a quite evening with ate spectacular backdrop of the acropolis and the illuminated Parthenon.
One point of caution, don't rely on the desk for resteraunt advise, the advise we go to the Acropolis resteraunt, the food was fine but the cost was crazy for what we had..

We stayed 2 night at this hotel and had a nice stay. Our room was at the opposite side of the acropolis and turned out to be quite noisy. We did, however, sleep with the door open because we could not figure out the AC. It rained that night, so the cool and the sound of rain was pleasant enough to lull us to sleep. The second night was quite difficult, but again we slept with the door open. Curious that the Greeks stay up so late. I swear I could hear many up and talking loudly at 11pm at night. They even empty their trash (big dump trucks) late at night. Aside from that the hotel workers spoke English very well and were pleasant. We left early one morning and the hotel attendant booked our taxi, arranged the trip and even had breakfast waiting for us before we left. The hotel room was very clean (as we read could be a challenge in Athens). The room had a frig, a TV, plenty of storage, bathroom supplies and was quite large. On the fifth floor there is a large, beautiful terrace that which nobody uses. We thought that it needed a restaurant or a bar up there at the least. We had a meal up their and evening drinks and each time only were joined by one other couple. We looked around and no one was enjoying the view apart from restaurant visitors next door to us. The view was amazing and a nice sight to take in for breakfast (included and a small, but good spread) and even for a self prepared dinner/drinks in the evening.

Very good location just 2 minute walking distance to the heart of Greece History Acropolis, very well situated with beautiful views. Nice and clean room and bathroom with good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and cooperative staff.

Room Tip: Always book prior and ask for room with Acropolis view and ask price by email as well ;)

Location is fantastic as it's short walk to most tourist attractions. Service was fair, we had to take our luggage up to the room ourselves because there was no one except the receptionist. The card payment I made at the time of booking was apparently declined by the bank, but I wasn't informed about it by the hotel even after calling prior to my arrival. So came as a huge shock to hear about it while checking in. They were helpful with recommending places to go and things to avoid and so forth, and gave us an early breakfast on the day of departure. The room was small sized but ok as we already expected that. I probably won't stay there again though.
