I never write reviews but the terrible service we experienced at this hotel deserves one. My 76 years old mother had to carry her luggage while two unoccupied receptionists watched her struggle. We almost missed our ferry because the receptionist badly estimated the time it would take to rich Pireaus. My daughter lost two toys and I had to call about 6 times before we could settle the matter. No one seemed to want to work, the pool was freezing (early july in Athens!), the neighborhood is far from the center and difficult to reach. The decoration and general comfort is at best average. Only good point, the stunning view from the breakfast room. Overall the hotel deserves a three star maximum. For the same price we stayed at Intercontinental Atheneum which truly deserves their 5 stars.
