It was around 60 euros each way from the airport by taxi, you can get a bus much cheaper but this will obviously take longer! Between four of us it wasn't too bad, but if I was just going with one person I would consider getting the bus to save a lot!
First impression was the hotel looked nice but the area was run down, but from then on it was mostly positive. The receptionist was friendly and upgraded us to the superior room free of charge, totally impressed with this! We went to our room and I thought it was lovely, clean and spacious, with a balcony. What amazing views! It was a little noisy from traffic but this didn't bother us as we were walking all day and dead on our feet by the end of it!
The location is perfect about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area and there is a stop 5 minutes walk where the tour buses stop, also there is a lovely pizza takeaway across the road, which does pizza and pastas. A lot of shops, restaurants within walking distance and nice to stroll around.
Breakfast was nice with a good range of products, the evening meals are expensive but very tasty. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing, totally loved the hotel and would return no problems. The only things that doesn't make it excellent is that free wi fi isn't provided in the rooms, which if you ask me it should be as standard considering it is a 4 star hotel and also the bed was not that comfortable. Other than that the place was great and the staff were lovely and friendly. I would go back.
