Awesome experience in a Michelin starred restaurant. Molecularly dissolved tavern dishes and picnic food. Squared peas and aromatized spheres. Barbecue at your table on a hot piece of rock bedded on rosemary. Smoked icecream. Orange peel scented giant shrimp with liquid nitrogen. You get to play a lot with your food. It is entertaining and enchanting to feed yourself on double destilled greek salad sorbet, jellified bacon, lettuce tomatoe sandwich. We had the best burger of our lives. A molecular burger.... A lot of pipetting and forcepsing. The sommelier was also worth the visit. We had awesome wines from all over the planet as well as local wines. Specifically brewed honey beer and so on.
On their website they state that they hire prefessional and amateur chefs who share their love and enthusiasm for food and service. A real temptation to be part of this very special enterprise and team. Thanks for an experience that really blew our minds!
Get your cab driver to drop you in front of the restaurant. The neighbourhood is difficult to walk through when you are a bit dressed up.
