Girls trip to Greece. We went to the Acropolis and were looking for somewhere for lunch. We noticed the sign that said it was Rick Steve's recommended. We ended up eating there 4 times. Food was awesome and the staff very friendly. We had moussaka and greek salad everytime we went. We also tried other dishes and were never disappointed.

Planning another trip to Greece and we will be going here again.

We found this restaurant in Rick Steve's guide to Athens. This place is very relaxed-- I felt like I was eating in someone's kitchen. It was not fancy but comfortable and so close to the Acropolis museum.
For our lunch, the kids had roasted chicken (taken directly from the rotisserie) and rice with veggies. My husband and I shared a piece of moussaka and a greek salad. We each had a soft drink. The bill came to about 20 Euro for a family of 4-- very reasonable for large portions.

Original family based Greek restaurant. A place where the owners every day decide what to cook, so not a big menu, but made from the heart. We opted for the grilled sea bass and it was the best we ever had. (and we had many!) simple, fresh, great taste! you do not go there for the ambiance, but for the original food and atmosphere. Reminded us of the little restaurants 30 years ago. go for it. its good, simple, fresh, very tasty and last but not least not expansive.
