“Nice food but expensive ”

Prestige African Restaurant

Prestige is located in a side street, but easy enough to find. It's a typical 9ja joint, although quiet on the Monday I visited. I ordered fish & plantain, Guinness and jollof rice to take away. The food tasted great, the jollof coming with 2 pieces of chicken that I hadn't asked for - but that was ok. Having seen the fish/plantain on the menu at €12 I was surprised that my final bill came to €38.....but, having this confirmed, I paid.....so expensive. The place is a little run down, but in that typical/authentic 9ja-joint kinda way, I was a bit disappointed that Gulder or Star were not available.
So, in summary, worth a visit, keep your eye on what you're charged!
(Madam Prestige....I did say I'd get you on TripAdvisor abi?)
