having read reviews we expected a renovated hotel with adequate facilities and friendly staff. Unfortunately only the latter proved true and still the people were willing but not well informed on restaurants and the area in central Athens. Room furniture was quite old, the tv in our room was not functioning and the breakfast poor. I think that it would better suit a family with kids as the rooms are spacious

We stayed for one week here and had a great time. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and it's only two stops to the centre of Athens. Rooms are basic but spacious with a great balcony. Jacuzzi was fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive - even going to a nearby restaurant to borrow a corkscrew for us! Breakfast is a good bonus - included in price. Whilst the area is quiet, it's such a short trip to the centre that it wasn't a problem for us.

This is in a safe but absolutely boring, out of the way location, near all the hospitals and the American Embassy. A bit of a hike through lots of traffic, from the Megaron Musikis Metro stop (think twice if you are lugging your suitcases around with you). Hotel is a small boutique hotel with small suites which include refrigerator, stove, sink and large hot tub. Minimal breakfast is included (cereal, fruit and yogurt along with coffee and tea). But clerk did not know how to check us out in the morning, and had to call the manager. Tub leaked terribly, lock on door would not open late at night, and desk is not manned after 11pm with no emergency number to call. Another clerk gave us wrong information concerning directions to the coast. It was a good thing I took advice of posters of tripadvisor and not her or we would have been in BIG trouble in an out of the way place in a different country. Price is right (130 Euro for a triple room) but sometimes it is not about the price. This was one of those times.

I knew this place had good reviews but still was surprised at how good this place is. The staff were up waiting for us and welcomed me with a cold beer! The smallish young lady even insisted on grabbing all our family bags herself. The room was a suite for 4 and had plenty of room and comfortable beds for a change compared to many middle cost hotels in Greece. The shower and jacuzzi tub were superb. The little pool could be useful after a hot day in Athens. The breakfast is simple as usual but adequate. It is in a residential area so there are not many restaurants or shops but Koloanaki and the metro are quite close. Only two stops to the central square. Free fast Wifi. Be sure you have the address written down in Greek for the taxi driver as it can be tough to find on a small street. Highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms have good beds, opening to balconies, Jacuzzi bath, complete breakfast. The hospitality is one thing that would remain as something etched to your memory when you leave the place. Location is central in Athens on Michalakopoulou Avenue.

Splendid experience when traveling with family-especially children.Must mention some names out of gratitude : Miranda,Ana & Maria (sorry if i missed out some names) who ensured we had a peaceful, restful and a homely stay.Breakfast on the house till 11 am in the morning. Never have i seen so much hospitality in an European hotel with such friendly people who take pride in what they do .
Well done and full marks for an excellent customer service.
