“Can get pretty near it”
Reviewed November 22, 2012

This is the most complete temple in Athens and its great to see it. You can't go inside but you can get pretty close and can walk around it. It's accessible by going inside the ancient Agora (included in your ticket for the acropolis).

“Best preserved Greek temple in existence. Best kept secret in Athens”
Reviewed November 19, 2012

Hidden in the very large Agora tract which is hard to find an entrance for, totally lacking in helpful signage, or benches .... this was truly a marvelous thing to see. Make sure you how to find it before you go.

Built on the same plan as the ruined temple of Poseidon at Sunioun, and nicely set back among its own grove. Don't miss it.
