As most things in life you get what you pay for. The Siam Adventure trips are not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. Our family took the James Bond trip with speedboat but in the end the famous Island felt more like a detour. We were promply picked up at our hotel by a nice air conditioned minibus and taken to pure luxury, the phuket Royal Marina. The speedboat was not packed like the trip organisers nomally do but spaceous and comfortable. The guide spoke fluent english and was very helpfull all the way. We visited secret caves (with helmet and flashlight), did speed crusing in the mangrove forest, swimmed at a paradice beach with -no- other tourist around, visited more "secret lagoons", had a magnificent canoe trip inside the rocks & forest tc etc. The James Bond island was like expected packed with tourists but again in the end it ended up not as the highlight of the tour. But by all means its a must visit for a James Bond fan.. A delisious lunch was served in a fishing village buildt on water. We visited the local school and learnt about their daily life. In the end a highly recommended tour.
