“Even in the wet”

Efficient getting people from resorts to boats and out to the tours. Helpful when I purchased a waterproof camera bag too small for my camera - no worries about upgrading - genuinely friendly

“James Bond island trip”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 10, 2012

Don't let the title put you off, the trip out on the boats to the limestone mountain islands in Phang Nga is a fantastic trip and worthwhile before you even get to the James Bond island. The canoeing into the caves and lagoons at Po Hong is fantastic as are the sites as you cruise past the islands. JB island is worth it if rather touristy and the lunch at the floating village gives an insight to how 1800 people live on the water, probably living off tourists more than fish these days. The 1.5 hours on Nahka island beach is a great finish to the day. Make sure you have a Pina Colada in a coconut whilst in the seas! We were lucky to fly over the area of the trip by helicopter a few days before the boat trip to give us and idea of what we were going to see. The Rang Yai trip ( instead of Phi Phi island which was weathered out) was a disappointment by contrast.

Not a lot to do but to see some of the vessels there was pretty amazing. Did not find any place to have a beer or coffee so don;t expect to find such facilities

“Luxury get away”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2012

Beautiful complex. Stayed 2 nights before shipping out to the Similan Islands. Private pools, lush gardens, but restaurants are pricy. Remember that Phuket prices are the highest in Thailand, but it is easy to get out and eat were the locals do and that is still cheap.
