We dined here twice during our week in Antigua. Once with carry out and once at the restaurant.
Carry out: ate pizza and carbonara. Our husbands brought the dinner back via our golf cart and there was a serious rain squall while they were on the way. The pizza did not travel well and might be better eaten at the restaurant, fresh. The crust was not very tasty and I am a crust lover! The carbonara, made in the traditional way, and to order when they arrived was as good as any my husband has had even in Italy. Even after the rain storm.
When we arrived for dine- in service, we had the meat tray which was lovely including salami, Gorgonzola, prosciutto and crostini. Nice balance and serving size for a party of four.
Our dinner experience consisted of chicken Parmesan and chicken al a romana. The Panko crust on the Parmesan was amazingly crisp and light. The romana was stuffed and with a lovely sauce too we were very happy with the entire meal. Busy night, slow service but will definitely return next time.
