Had a really good stay here and the location was great if you fancy a cheeky sheesha before bedtime . Only downside was that the room was very small (but we did get a good cheap price) and there was a pair of used grundies in the bin!!!! (see pic)

Location wasn't bad. Check in time wasn't listed on booking so we had to wait a bit before we could check in. We were able to leave our luggage, but they didn't have a secure place to keep it, so it was stored in a hallway where anyone could access it. The beds were comfortable but our shower was broken. Hotel smelled like cigarettes which we did not expect or enjoy.
Staff was friendly.

We stayed in this hostel for two nights in Autumn for 60 EUR/ night. The room was spacious, had comfortable bed, LED TV, shelf, and security locked Safes where you can put your valuables. The washroom is big and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel has a very good location and from here, the botanical garden, brussels comic strip museum, grand palace (main city centre) -all are in walking distance. The Bx nord and central are walkable. The neighbourhood has lots of affordable eats. Tram connects the hotel with all big stations. Did not try their restaurant.

When I arrived at this hotel I requested a double room with a double bed not 2 single beds pushed together.
The receptionist reallocated me a room but when opening the door alas the room had 2 singles.
I phoned down to point out the problem and was asked to remain in room she will come to me with a key to another room I hope would find acceptable which it was.
It was so nice to have such lovely customer service.
The hotel is clean and well maintained.
A few mins walk from metro station.
The area itself isn't great. There is a fair walk to the town centre which is all up hill coming back.
I didn't have a view of anything from my window being at the rear but to be honest the peace and quiet made up for it.
Lovely comfy bed, lovely pillows and clean linen made for a perfect sleep.
Def will rebook next time I'm in Brussels.
