I stayed two days in this nightmare hotel.The room was like prison (less than 15 sqm).The personel less than average.
They told me after the first day complain about the room that they will put me in a better room and when I returned form my job they were rude to say that they are full and they dont have any other room.
They tried to overcharge me with wi fi internet what suppose was gift for my complaints.
In general is the worst experiance that i had in a hotel.
I hope no other bus.traveler live my nightmare,i felt be in prison.
Whem I tried to find Hilton HQ to complaint i fount that they dont have something for complaints.

This hotel is well situated about 1 km or so north-east of Grand Place. Typical rooms for Euro business hotel, although my room was relatively large. Friendly staff. Nice, broad selection breakfast. Easy to get taxis.

I should say I was pretty disappointed with the arrogant attitude of the staff.. Don't know what the hell the receptionist thinks of himself.. way too much attitude for no reason or request from our side.. dont know if it was racism... Anyway this is my last stay in a Hilton for this reason... Mariott has been giving better satisfaction overall..
And one more thing, their free wifi sucks..

Spent the weekend in Brussels. This is a nice hotel in a good location. The staff were very helpful. We used points and didn't have to pay for breakfast or wifi. There is free wifi in the lobby which is helpful, but really needs to be available throughout the hotel. I've stayed at many less expensive places with free wifi. Breakfast was great! There are a lot of choices and although I think it is expensive at 20euros could set you up for the day. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the centre of the city as well as to the Gare du Nord. The train ride to the airport is easy and only takes about 20mins. Overall, it is a Hilton Hotel and I got what I would expect at any Hilton.

Pleasant hotel, in a good location. Friendly staff, and modern stylish rooms. The breakfast could be improved, it's neither English, American or European. Expensive internet in the room @€20 per 24hrs , but free in reception.

Never again will I stay at this property. In fact, I am reviewing my entire "Hilton experience" after staying in this dump. This is one of the many Hilton Hotels that likes to "pull tricks" on those of us silly enough to patronize this hotel chain on a regular basis and actually use their award points. When the management in a place like this sees that the room is booked using points, they try to give you the "special" room that looks like a 1970s college dorm room--at the end of the semester. Small, dirty, dark and obscure. After complaining (and a long wait) we obtained a larger room on one of the so-called "Hilton Honors" floors they claimed was full when I first told them the room was unacceptable. The room was a little bigger, but also awful. We were shown another substandard room and finally settled on one with a smell like turpentine. Dark, depressing and ditry. Bed was very uncomfortable--worse than a cheap motel. Dinner was horrible--extremely greasy and expensive sandwiche. Greasy emply food plates littered the hallways. Breakfast was a surprise as it was OK. When using points at a Marriott, you receive a great room and normally an upgrade. But we've found Hilton does the opposite. My solution? I will use all my Hilton points (I'd transfer them to Marriott if possible) and stay at Marriots. I've had enough of this. Who wants to be gold or diamond at a dump? If you have one night in Brussels, do yourfself a big favor and stay at the Crowne Plaza near the airport (see my earlier review of that excellent hotel). Whatever you do, steer clear of this place!

As mentioned we do our utmost to provide a room upgrade to one our deluxe rooms to our most loyal guests. Unfortunately it was not available during your stay due to a very high hotel occupancy. I am glad to see that our team still attempted to find an alternative solution, despite the high occupancy, and regret it still did not meet your expectations.

Good hotel for business and reasonably close to the Grand Place. Close to North train station as well. Very helpful and courteous staff. Evening reception in the lobby. Rooms are smaller. Depending on the package, breakfast and internet are not included in the price of the room. These are available together for 35E -- pricey.
