I stayed at this hotel for one night last week. It was 50m from metro station and it is surrounded from famous hotels (Hilton, Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Thon). The square (Rogier) is all construction works so no particular view. The room I stayed in was a standard single, perfect for my purposes since Iwas in Brussels on business and just wanted to sleep there comfortably. The room was clean and quiet. The reception was typical (not polite nor impolite) but they provide many services. For example, when I needed to iron my shirt, I called them and they brought me right away iron and board. The breakfast (if you select the breakfast package)is quite good with pastries, delicatessen and mostly american breakfast.
The only strange thing is that you can enter Hotel Siru only through the hotel besides it making it somewaht contradictory in style.
