I went to this restaurant with some friends. We had decided to book a table before we read the reviews on Tripadvisor. When we checked these reviews, the table was booked so we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. The worst expectations revealed true, however. We started with iced margaritas, which were no good at all. When we asked for chilled, but not iced drinks, we were told that was not possible. We wondered why, only to find out that... they come our of a package, they're not even prepared in house! We were also told that this is the way tradition works in Mexico (now, this was not our first time in Mexican restaurants, or in Mexico for that matter!). We then ordered nachos for starters, which were not great, but alright. The worst was when we ordered the enchiladas. They were not properly cooked, they tasted like flour and were way too salty - even for myself, who actually likes salty food! We sent the food back to be properly cooked; once we heard the microwave, we were served new meals. Now they were cooked, but they still tasted awful. The cook may be Mexican, as the restaurant seems to argue, but if she is, she cannot definitely cook! And the service is terrible.
