“Well-priced Breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2014

Went there with the family, they have fresh juices & breakfast menus, it is much cheaper than having it in the hotel.

Also they have free Wifi.

“Great cafe for a quick meal”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 3, 2014

We stopped by the Traveller Caffe twice during our trip to Porto and even visited the stall they have in Mercade Bom Successo. The café itself is very pleasant and well-located. The staff are friendly and spoke good English. They have a bit of outdoor seating if the weather is nice. You order and pay at the till and service was very quick. We have the smoothies, salads, wraps and scrambled eggs - all of which were fresh and tasty. The smoothies in particular were really good. They have an English menu and the prices are all really low so this is a great place to stop at if you're after a simple tasty meal.

“Don't bother”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2014

We recently went to this place for breakfast after my son read a recommendation from trip advisor. Service was poor and incredibly slow when there were only 4 other people in the cafe. Food was less than ordinary. Worst food experience in Porto. Go to Majestic instead.

“BEST BREAKFAST EVER IN PORTO!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2014

After landing at Porto's airport, I checked breakfast places on Tripadvisor and found this wonderful place! After reading the comment which says " small place, unconfortable chairs, terrible apple juice, do not repeat etc....I decided to try this coffeeshop! And I can tell, it was a lovely surprise for me!!! By the way, how an freshly squeezed apple juice can be terrible???!!!!...The place is cosy, compering with authentic portuguese coffeeshops I visited after, for sure not portugues at all. They have 2 floors, so it is not that small...The stuff was kind and helpful. I ordered the breakfast meal, the juices are freshly squeezed, eggs, salads were tasty and fresh, and the expresso is not just a "black water" like in other portugues coffeeshops! They do have pre-payment, no long time waiting for food coming out. Repeated every day while I was in Porto! If you are looking for a great breakfast spot and good price-quality relation, do not miss the Traveller.
