We were staying at the nearby Hotel B&B and were walking around but getting cold and tired and this little bar was packed to the rafters so we definitely had to try it. The first thing we saw when we walked in was a huge leg of pork on the counter and big juiy slices of pork being carved. We then watched the pork slices go into a fresh roll, juices added and placed on the bar. We immediately knew we wanted one! We couldn't stop at one...
The owners make their own wine - definitely try the green wine - something very different but very refreshing. Their red wine is also great.
If you need a break from the pork sandwiches (that would never happen) try their cheese and meat platters - they have meat and cheese cured especially for them.
The owners and most of the staff don't speak much english but you can point to want you want no worries.
A must visit.
