We first went to Coupage for some wine on our way out. We were so impressed by the hospitality that we went back the next night for both food and wine. The Chef is quite amazing and inventive using the best Portuguese ingredients with exceptional imagination. We had the most spectacular aubergine dish ever, beef slow cooked in ruby port wine as well as prawns and desserts to die for. So sad we don’t live here. Worth the airfare over.
