I agree with all the other positive reviews, this is a fantastic little hotel in a very central location, yet quiet and comfortable. The bed was brand new and I wholeheartedly appreciated the feather duvet and pillows.

The train journey from the airport took about 30 minutes, then a 5 minute walk from the station, a fast and friendly check-in, a quick trip to the supermarket downstairs to purchase a litre of rather good Portuguese red wine for 67 cents (!) and an hour after landing, the Ryanair journey was but a distant, if distasteful, memory.

Breakfast was basic, but fresh, and was replenished regularly. All the sights are in walking distance, as are many restaurants and cafes. I don't think you could stay anywhere better for £35 a night. Even if the price was double, I would stay here again.

This is just like any other ibis, cheap and central. Don't expect more.
Comfortable rooms, normal service for an ibis.
We went there for a weekend, the breakast we took outside the hotel while enjoying the city.

located just above a small supermarket, not far from city centre near reatil shops, close to metro stop (5 min walk), small rooms and showers but overall, really good for the price we paid. It is a budget hotel, breakfast was surprisingly good for an Ibis. Walkable distance to the river, bridge and Gaia. Limited street parking (certain hours), parking garage next door.
Recommend for a sharing couple/duo wanting to escape to privacy from hostel dorms. Not so close to pubs and bars... but not far either.

We stayed here 2 nights and found it very comfortable. The rooms are clean and of a good standard, and the reception staff very helpful and friendly. The situation is good, in the centre of the old town, and walking down to the riverside (and back!) to dine at night was quite easy. Car parking is available next door for a reasonable price if a voucher is obtained from the hotel. It was reassuring that the lift from the street to the foyer only works with your hotel room keycard. Breakfasts were excellent and reasonably priced. I would stay in this hotel again.
