There are two shops in one. One is the coffee shop the other Manteigaria, that exclusively makes the pastel de Natas. They have joines up and it is a very good match.
The pastel de Natas are handmade in the shop, you can see them being made behind a glass screen.
When you get them it is the crispiest casing, warm delicious cream and then you springle with cinnemon - heaven, with a nice expresso.
They also have teas and juice, sandwiches etc But, you should try the pastel de Nata here.

It's very central in town. So during your walk in Porto you can enjoy a spot to rest and have a good "pastel de nata" and an expresso coffee.

I’m not sure which is more enjoyable-watching the pastels de nata being made or eating them. These traditional pastries are made by hand in an open kitchen where you can watch the pastry chefs stir, roll and fill these custard tarts. After you see how they are made you can enjoy them in house with a cup of coffee or take a box home with you. (Or both).

My wife and I went to Manteigaria on a Saturday morning and ordered 3 nata at €1 ea. We ate them at the bar standing up. They were very tasty, the pastry in particular. excellent. You can see the guys in the kitchen making them. Recommended.

In this place they make delicious "natas/pastéis de belém".
If you want to eat this traditional cake then you should consider this place.
