Our hotel recommended Artemisia for dinner. It's on a small and narrow street, and easy to miss. Once inside you are welcomed by the warm and delightful. The green olive tapenade enhanced with corn bread surprised us. It was so good and such an odd blend of ingredients. Delicious! The foie gras was seared with a red wine reduction was out of this world. My friend had the lamb with mushroom risotto. I had the steak and prawn combo. Would highly recommend these entrees. The gentleman taking care of us may have been the owner - I don't know for certain BUT he was most attentive, informative, and very nice. Artemisia is a must for your trip to Porto. It's a small and inviting place off the beaten tourist traps. You will truly feel like a Porto resident when visiting. I would recommend this location to anyone dining in lovely Porto.
