We went to this little restaurant which is on the street which runs off from the station, up about two blocks, at the recommendation of the manager of the Hotel Estacion in Braga. It did not open until 4, I believe, for supper, but once inside, it was a real treat. Prices were low, about twelve for a meal with everything, and they allowed my wife and I to split one meal, which was sufficient for us both. Portions around Portugal are very big for the most part and we were never refused to split a meal, though we did not try it at the touristy places in the center of everything. We like to go to places based on a local recommendation. They have a large and varied menu and it was all done to order to our liking. For a good meal at a great price, you won't do better in the area.
