This is somewhere in between excessive dish composing and lack of sensation on the taste. When we look at a signed chef menu, we expect nothing else than a wow feeling, and here you won't get that.
Food is good, but not amazing. Service is good, but not amazing.
The problem with this type of restaurant is that you expect alot from the moment you get in, and the chef is not helping the strategy of the Restaurant. You can see that management is with the right vibe, extremely smiley and with the right mood, but the kitchen is somehow delaying the path.
De Bouro needs to keep up the work and debate the menu... my friends, there is still a long way to go.
Best of luck.
