The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped.
It is in a great location near the centre and the balconies have really nice views.
Met the owners a couple of times both of whom are lovely and very helpful and hospitable!

“Great place to stay”
We enjoyed being in the heart of old part of Funchal, close to the cathedral and waterfront, with plenty of cafes and restaurants close at hand.
A great location with so much of Funchal within walking distance.

“When I return to Funchal I am staying here again!”
OK, not for everyone due to 4 spiral staircases but...... for two active couples who like to eat out every night this had to be the place. Two large bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, large kitchen/lounge diner all very well equipped and clean. Top balcony over looking the cathedral bell tower and larger second floor balcony overlooking the street. The street is bustling in the morning but the restaurants are all packed up by 10.30. Great balcony for breakfast or a night cap!
A 10/15 min walk into "old Town with an amazing choice of bars and eateries. port 10 mins away too.
Thank goodness we stayed in the city centre and not the concrete jungle that is west Funchal. Anonymous and no character.

“Cozy apartments”
Very cozy apartments! Great style - feel yourself like at home. Close to the coast and to the center! The owners are nice and helping.

the noise from the band that rehearses in front of the house, but it was just one day, and only 2 hours
