We had read a fair bit about the Clube before actually dining here, so expectations were high. Fortunately, the evening exceeded our already heightened expectations. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel very special and the warmth of the ambience envelopes you, which was lovely on the particularly wet night we dined here. In terms of food and wine, the chef and his wife provided very helpful guidance, all of which we accepted and were not disappointed with any of their recommendations. The moquecca risotto was wonderful, as was the seared salmon. The chocolate soup was another delight. Along the food journey, we were also treated to some very interesting conversations with the chef and his wife. Top end food, combined with good old fashioned warm service. A winning combination.
