We picked up a box of nata to go during a recent day in Belem. The restaurant was written up in several guide books and is just a short walk from the Monastery de Jeronimo. Their nata, a local small pastry tart, was the best we had in the entire month we were in Portugal. However, the place was packed. I would suggest you not go on a weekend and plan to purchase the pastries for take-out. There was a long line, but they moved quickly and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely worth a stop!
