This restaurant was recommended by our landlord nearby. This site also has many reviewers giving it 5 of 5. Where do these people eat?
The menu is almost not Portuguese. No beautiful sardines. No octopus. No laite crème for dessert. But three spaghetti dishes to fill the already full stomachs of the tourists on tour.
No decent open wines by the glass or by the carafe. A shrimp garlic appetizer for Euro 15.50, available in nearby restaurants at 6 or 7 Euros and, by the way, wild Atlantic shrimp and not from an Asian pond as these were verified to be (and tasted so).
Great heavens!. What can one say? This menu is creative billing worthy of the New York banking establishment or the City of London in mini-scale. Maybe the tours will continue, but spare yourselves this establishment.
