Has everything going for it - under the spectacular 25th April Bridge, on trendy and busy thoroughfare. Shame it doesn't quite pull it off!
We were recommended to come here by our hotel desk, and a colleague who had been there earlier in the week.
The menu looked fine, but needed some explanation for me - being not only English, but also not a regular fan of fish restaurants. Waiter almost looked down his nose at me, and the place has a general air of overconfidence - confirmed by the food being very average when it arrived. Only dish I saw served which excited me at all was my partner's monkfish in prawn sauce - probably the best pick.
Distinctly unsatisfying (although not awful) experience, and probably the most expensive meal we bought during our stay.

We took at taxi to this restaurant as it is a little away from the centre of Lisbon. It is situated on the harbour side and has indoor upstairs and downstairs and outdoor dining. It was very popular on the Sunday night we were there. Before ordering you are brought bread, butter, olives to the table together with a plate of sliced ham. The ham was 12€ alone so glad we asked before accepting it. We rather like to choose our own starters! I had lobster and prawn curry for main and my husband had sea bass, salad and chips. All very nice and filling. Desserts were off the ice cream menu or a selection of fresh fruit or home made bolos (cakes). The only drawback to dining here was the constant drone of traffic and train noise coming from the bridge above you to the right. Waiter very welcoming.

We enjoyed a really great meal here with beautiful fish (one tuna and one bass), good wine and excellent service. The place was the busiest on the strip for a reason! If you don't have a reservation get there as early as you can, certainly no later than about 8:00.

a real tourist trap. view is miserable, despite it's at the harbour. noise of the bridge is horrible. they bring you starters you didn t ask for. if it does overwhelm you and you forget to say 'no thank you i didnt ask for this', the starter of 12 euro (for a small plate of pata negra!) is on your bill.

i had a codfish with some vegetables which was good but pricey to lisbon standard. my husband had grilled lobster and some canned vegetables. quality of lobster was ok but completely overpriced. having diner there you know you are cheated.
