The food was well prepared and tasty. We were four and had all different dishes. the price of the main include some small side dishes. The desserts were OK but forgettable. The lady serving us was very friendly, and spoke english very well. The meal for four with wine, main course and desserts cost about 100 euro - a very good deal.

This place is amazing, the food, atmosphere, and the lady who runs everything. We enjoyed everything we ate.

If you go to this restaurant and want dessert. Don't get the Orange Divine. You will be disappointed. 4 Euros for a sliced orange with some cinnamon on top. The other desserts are very tasty, but this one is not worth the money.

Great place. Small and intimate. The food is traditional. Make sure if you order the couscous, to ask for sauce on the side. The place is cute and the food excellent. The first night we tried to go, we didn't have a reservation and had to come back the next day. It was worth the wait. The chicken with preserved lemon as also a treat, If you like Mediterranean food you can't go wrong. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home.

I've never written a restaurant review before, but my husband and I were so charmed by this little restaurant I wanted to add my 2-cents' worth. The restaurant is run and operated by the owner herself, who speaks several languages fluently, among which English and French. You wouldn't know she's a one-person operation, as she greets each guest with cheerful efficiency and the waiting time was never an issue (ideal for unhurried, relaxed evenings). As others have said, it really feels like being welcomed to her home, although it's an idealized home as most homes I know don't offer such excellent food!

We had one pastilla for two (so good! crunchy, with a host of subtle flavors), the almond-prune lamb tagine, and the lemon chicken. The main dishes were served with four delicious "mezzeh" or side dishes, hard to describe, but full of delightful flavors among which coriander, preserved lemon and cinnamon. We also had a bottle of red Portuguese wine, a large bottle of sparkling water and one mint tea. All that for about 60 euros, plus we were treated with a welcome amuse-bouche and a little sweet pastry with the tea.

I wish this restaurant were located in my home town, I would go once a week...

Just back from Lisbon with my husband and two friends. Graeme had checked trip advisor before we left and came across this restaurant and we were so glad he did. This was without exception one of the best meals we have ever had on our city trips(eight). The lady who owns the restaurant does everything herself from greeting serving drinks taking orders cooking and serving meals , we kept looking to see if there was anyone else in the kitchen as none of us could believe she was on her own.

Expect to be there for a while but is definately worth it as this was a truly memorable experience anf wonderful food. Cannot recommend this highly enough but would book a table
to make sure you also have this expreince.
