There are a ton of pros to this hotel; the location is fantastic, right in the middle of the main square, and right outside of the bus/tram stop. It's historic... it used to be the office for the department of the interior. It's gorgeous... take a walk around, it's beautiful marble and in unbelievable shape, immaculately clean. The staff treat you like gold and the breakfast is wonderful.
The only downside I had was our window was very small... it was a half circle and pushed back from the wall. I believe some of the other rooms had normal sized windows and some have fabulous views, but ours did not.
If you want to splurge a bit while in Lisbon, this is a great option!More
