The perfect spot for the 5 days I was in Lisbon. My room had a/c, a fridge, safe, a large bottle of water, 4 complimentary custard egg tarts (pastel de nata- yummy), a tv in the mirror (pretty cool), a smart phone (to access to internet and apps, plus a 30 minute calling credit per day,) and a small table with 2 chairs. Shampoo and bath gel were nice. There was usually a jug of flavored water near the elevator. The lobby is small with 2 chairs across the front desk. They can store your bags before checking in or after checking out.
The front desk staff was nice to reconfirm my day trips for the following days and made suggestions and offered to make reservations for dinner. Mariana, one of the front desk staff, is probably the friendliest person I’ve ever met. She always greeted me with a smile and asked how my tour was. She definitely is an asset to this hotel.
This hotel is very close to everything. It is across of Rossio Square and within walking distances to all the sites in historic Lisbon. It is a short walk from the railway station (1 minute), Bairro Alto (5 minutes), tram stop (3 minutes), shopping district (2 minutes), and waterfront (10-15 minutes).
There is a cute restaurant that serves breakfast that I didn't try. Stairs and elevators to reach your room.More
