I stayed with my sister in an interior twin room. It was quiet and had thoughtful touches like a free phone with maps and the tv was concealed as part of the mirror. Entrance is facing the plaza, not in the backstreet.

There were a lot of hotel options when researching Lisbon and, not having been before, it was hard to know where to stay - I'm glad we chose My Story Hotel Rossio. The location was perfect.
When we checked in, they upgraded us to a room that faced the Praca do Rossio, which was so lovely.
In each room, they have an iPhone that is free to use during your stay so that you have access to data. We didn't need to use it, but I had never seen that before and thought it was so clever and useful.
Know that if you're using Google Maps, it will lead you to the back of the hotel. The entrance is facing Praca do Rossio.

Lovely hotel, perfect location to explore Lisbon and beyond, and very easy to get to from the airport as the Metro station is just across the square.Very friendly helpful staff. The room was spotless and the breakfast buffet had a great choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Fab hotel right in middle of main square , very clean. Buffet breakfast is very good cooked eggs bacon fruit .continental, breakfast .plenty of it room was small but excellent , very close from station but no noise .near loads of restaurants . Staff very helpful , highly recommend .

Our excellent location is within walking distance to all major attractions and also near to the rio Tejo (Tagus river) with the amazing sunset. Also near the train station towards to our amazing beaches of Cascais and Estoril just 30 minutes away from our hotel.

located in the city centre on the level part of Lisboa very close to the river , many sights , the metro , shops and restaurants , many rooms as well as the elegant breakfast room overlook gorgeous Rossio sq . really helpful staff ( you can ask them to arrange a wheelchair accessible taxi for you ) . the room was cosy and trendy with a well equipped bathroom except the extremely high toilet . we would love to revisit .
