We stayed a total of six nights at My Story Hotel at Rossio Square. This is a great little hotel. The manager, Mariana Ferreira, gave us a lot of personal attention and upgraded us to a suite facing the square. She does an excellent job in helping with info on the area. room was great with a comfortable bed and mini fridge. Wonderful location and view, near the train station and Baixa sites. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.More

Last weekend we stayed at the My Story Hotel Rossio, the hotel is in a perfect location with many of the major sites within easy walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming, helpful and very attentive.
The breakfast was very good and the dining room looks out over the main square, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is an excellent small hotel. The location is central for everything - transportation, restaurants and shopping. The room was new, clean and very well designed. The staff go out of their way to do anything for you, including arranging tours. The hotel also has its own very good restaurant and an excellent buffet breakfast is included. Highly recommended.

Room is small but very clean, new and modern. Hotel is centrally located and walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Nice rain shower with adequate hot water. I only have two negative feedback as this is pros and con.
1. Lack of towel rack. They are large stubby round wooden knobs and the towels don't stay on
2. Hangers do not detach from the pole so it is annoying having to hang/retrieve clothes from hanger as they are infront/behind one another. Also can't use hanger to hang towels to dry

Very exquisite, nice staff, very good service and very good food. Located in Rossio, in the heart of Lisbon, this hotel restaurant is one of the best alternatives for a business elegant dinner. The dishes were all delicious, including the duck breast.
