Amazing food in beautiful surroundings served by people that really want you to enjoy your time in their restaurant. My wife and I visited on two successive evenings earlier this week (we were so impressed the first evening we had to return the next).
Local oysters, crayfish with mayonnaise and cooked spider crab followed by local cheeses and fruit on the first evening all washed down with some good Champagne, white port, a superb red Douro wine and some old Madeira.
On the second occasion we had the most amazing clams cooked in oil with white wine, a little garlic & parsley and fish Cataplana followed by more local cheeses and fruit. We had the same wines as the first evening.
This really is a top restaurant which provided us with our best eating experiences in Lisbon (the rest of our meals were very good too).
