Description: We do deliver to your hotel room, just call us, we speak English. The best mozambican food in Lisbon and probably in Portugal, we have been open for 30 years and we do unique food. Came and try the best chamoussas in Lisbon, the Makoufe a dish that the chef recommends and the Piri-Piri Chicken without doubt the best chicken in Lisbon for sure.Wi-Fi available inside for customers

We stumbled across this restaurant as my boyfriend was following the smell of BBQ'd meat!! It had a lot of locals sat in it so we decided to give it a go. We both opted for the 5.99 Euro set lunch which involved a beer, main (chicken with coconut rice in a lovely sauce), an apple and a coffee! Food was good quality and something a little different than normal. The other dishes others were having looked great too. The outside area was shaded (which was great as it was very hot) but there were sunny spots too. Very good value tasty lunch

On the way from the historic centre up to the Castle of São Jorge, this small restaurant is a vivid reminder of Portugals past and its encounters along the African costline of the Indian Ocean.
Enjoy the taste of Mozambican cuisine in the contrasts of one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Lisbon - the district of Mouraria (Moorish).
Especialities are: Caril de Camarão (shrimps from Mozambique), Frango a Zambeziana, Makoufe, Chacuti and Caril de Amendoim (peanuts).

We enjoyed the excellent Samosas, both meat and cheese, along with chicken w/coconut, okra and veggies. Also had Cajun Mousse, very interesting. We all enjoyed the meals, the service was great, and the owner came out and shared a few moments with us at the end of the meal(Hope you have fun in Miami and Orlando).
Would definitely recommend this for a nice dining experience.

A nice change from the rest. Good veg options available. The outdoor seating is in a great spot to watch people but not feel like you're in the way.
