We stayed one night as a stop over for the airport the following day.
It is a lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff.
We had connecting rooms, which were clean, smart, nicely furnished and comfy beds. They are equipped with built in safe, mini bar, hairdryer and TV (with some American channels).
The breakfast was buffet style and good quality with plenty of choice. My son particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice.
We would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night in Lisbon and couldn't fault this hotel. I had a hire car and was given free use of the secure underground car park as a guest, this was fantastic as the car was secure and I could leave all my cases in the boot from our holiday with piece of mind. In addition, we had booked two interconnecting rooms a twin for the children and a double for ourselves which were well equipped and spacious, this was perfect as they are young so they could go to sleep in their room, whilst we had some wine and relaxed in ours. A free safe was provided to keep our valuables e.g. passports secure in the room. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options for all tastes. Most people will also comment on the use of the tube/subway which is ideally placed outside the hotel to get around Lisbon. However, don't assume it is the best option as taxis are very reasonable and helpfull, we caught a cab from the hotel to Lisbon centre for 9 euro and a cab from Praça do Comércio up to Alfama for 4 euros (the driver took us for a little guided tour and recommended a great traditional restaurant) and from Alfama back to the hotel for 9 euros, a total of 23 euros the transport day ticket for the four of us would have cost 26 euro. Obviously experiencing public transport is some people's preferred choice but we found in the heat, hustle and bustle the taxi was far preferable for our day trip to go quickly and smoothly. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel staff who were always helpful, particularly when I left some items in the room and they arranged to post them back to me, they arrived safely and I am very grateful for their service. I would recommend the hotel for an overnight stay, weekend visits or longer.

Room tip: The connecting rooms are really good for families with younger (and older) children.

Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning, and they even provided gluten free bread for us. It's located away from the busiest areas in Lisbon, and only two steps from an underground station which takes you straight to the city centre. Super room, really welcome aircon with a lovely view. Great experience for great value.

A warm azorean welcome with very nice and professional people all over the hotel.
We can see what to expect when getting to the Azores Islands.
About Lisbon atractions, ask the receptionists. They will be keen at giving some smart suggestions.

This hotel is not quite in the centre of Lisbon, but it is literally steps away from a Metro station that will take you into the centre, without changing trains.

The service in this hotel was excellent from the moment that we stepped into the hotel. Every single staff member that we encountered was friendly and accommodating. In particular, the staff in the restaurant were outstanding.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well and the wifi signal was strong. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety and selection, and everything that we tried was delicious.
