The Açores Lisboa Hotel is a good choice to stay at in Lisbon. The city is only really accessible by Metro or taxi, because it is quite spread out. This hotel is fairly close to the airport (not that can hear anything though). The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. For my business trip to Lisbon, it did the job nicely.

Room Tip: Most rooms are the same.

I have stayed in this hotels for five days, all staff are great, hotel rooms and toilet are nice and clean great wifi services only 4 euro maximum longest you want, free Parking under ground ,great location, the break fast menu is bit small you don't have a much choice for break fast what you expect. I would recommend this hotel for business people used only , but its not to bed, the side view of hotel cover with tree & net , it's make hotel looks totally rubbish . Behind window bird make total room smelly If this hotel cost you MORE then £41 per night I would say look for another hotels 3 star from me

Room Tip: Phone & choose room but Do Not take room with tree & grass are ,bird makes window total smel...

The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, with excellent wifi. However there are a few details which niggled me more and more over my few days there.
When you exit the lift, music automatically plays. This cannot be switched off, I asked twice. As a speaker was opposite my door, it was audible in my room.
Two side by side single beds does not a double make - but worse was the single duvet.
Power sockets, when you find them, are controlled by a switch which is confusingly placed by the light swich. I managed to turn off the light and my phone charger before sleeping.
The air-con is a powerful unit which automatically switches itself on and needs manual deactivation. During the first night i had to get up to do so 4 times.
The ensuite is large, with bath/shower and thick towels. My shower screen didn't prevent water escaping onto the floor. The shower water temperature did not remain constant, suddenly raising to scalding levels for a moment. It is unpredictable and worrying if young children are using it.
The hotel will not provide an iron and board, only a service to press your clothes.
The hotel is located close to the airport (€10 taxi fare) and the metro. Sadly this means the hotel is under the flightplan; you hear the planes as they approach, and the metro as it rumbles beneath you if you open your windows.
Breakfast is a wonderful spead. Enjoy it from the wall seats as the chairs are very uncomfortable however.
The staff are very efficent and all spoke english.

This hotel could be a perfect little city stay but these little annoyances force me to stay elsewhere next time.

ideal location close to the metro station "Praça de Espanha"

A 10-minute walk from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the hotel offers comfortable and well decorated. The staff is pleasant and the breakfasts buffet is really serious.
unlike some other comment the wifi in the rooms was free for me(but maybe it has been paid by my employer therefore check by yourself before booking).

We got a great deal on this hotel in early September. It was a great find! The hotel is modern, clean, right by a metro station, and close to the airport. We couldn't have asked for much more.

The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. They even let us borrow a metro card to use during our stay (saves you about a euro).

Only complaint- I wish they had free wifi!

We stayed a weekend at the Acores hotel in Lisbon.
Room was well sized and modern.
Price was very appropriate as well.
Biggest drawback was the location although the metro's stop was literally right outside the hotel. Second (albeit small) drawback was that the lobby smelled foul like sewer but it could be something outside their control.
