This Station has some really beautifull architecture. It's always nice and busy and has a lot of activity within the station. There is a huge mall about 100 meters away with about every shop possible. And very close to the oceanario

Is an open metro-bus station, without walls and an excellent piece of architecture. From the front you can see the massive iron archs.
Is in a safety place, I arrived at 4:30 am and was not a problem at all.

This is really the hub of Lisbon's train system, linked as it is to the metro too. It's a huge barn of a place with some useful shops, a few places to eat (but nothing special!) and an underpass link to the Vasco da Gama shopping centre, which has some great shops and lovely eateries.

Easy to reach, very impessive architecture. Like combination of raw concrete with glass. Near to Expo98 areal with Oceanarium, Vasco de Gama shopping mall and Vasco de Gama bridge.

We went to this station to check the coach travelling from Lisbon to Madrid and discovered the whole Expo area. Excellent view of the Vasco de Gama bridge and the Vasco Gama tower once you come out of the station. We also walked up to the Oceanarium on the opposite side which we visited . I was pleasantly surprised to see some fascinating architectural buiuldings. Two days later we took our coach from Lisbon to Madrid at this station . Worth a visit.
