Surely what is most striking at first sight of this station is the external facade, artistically very beautiful, the architectural style reminds me of one of those Arabian palaces, with the pointed spiers and finely carved decorations.
All in all, the interior does not offer anything that a simple train station like thousands allover the world, but you know, it worth giving a look as well.

It is an icon of the city. The building's arquitecture is unique and amazing. You can also stop by and have a cup of coffee in Starbucks.

Estação Ferroviária do Rossio is really pretty for a trains station.
The outside is better than the inside.
This is the place you take a train if you want to go to Sintra or Queluz.

Lovely train station that sets nostalic thoughts of the past in motion. The locals refer to it as recent since it is only from the 19th century. I guess everything is relevant.
A great way to go to Sintra without paying crazy tour prices.
