The rooms were extremely comfortable,breakfast was rich and tasty . The staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful especially Filipe and Pavlos . The view from our room was very exceptional and the swing chair very relaxing.

Visited Myriad by Sana hotels. Paid 2300 euros for 3 nights for two rooms. Since the visit for Conference, the location was excellent. The rooms had excellent view of the river. Otherwise, everything was average or below average. The courteous behaviour/ hospitality attitude was missing. There was non availability for ironing the clothes. The reason given was that the hotel is fully booked and we don’t have irons for all the rooms.
The layout for breakfast spread was below par. The items were quite often missing. The serving members at the breakfast room and riverside were irresponsible and didn’t understand English fully. More often than not, the delivery was forgotten, delayed or wrongly delivered.
The only silver lining was the boy who was incharge of front desk. Had a talk with the GM. He also seemed out of sorts.

We spent a wonderful 5 nights in a sure in this hotel. Bellmen and front desk extremely helpful, wonderful room with amazing views. Very quiet. Full breakfast included. Located near convention centre.
Housekeeping and restaurant service really below par. Had to call housekeeping first 2 days to clean and restaurant orders for this not placed by wait staff. Otherwise a terrific experiences.

I'm seriously in a trouble because, usually, at least a defect in the hotels or in the hotel’s management I find it, this time I don’t know what to write.

All started in a perfect way since the check-in, a smiling and very professional receptionist has been ready to do all in a short time.

The only drawback is that the window didn’t open in the room, I asked at reception if they helped me to open it and, as soon as they realized that it was not possible, the Front Office Manager was immediately available to ask me to change the room. I’ve accepted and in “one instant” I was in my new absolutely impeccable room!!

After two days in Lisbon, at 23.30, I absolutely wanted to eat the "pastel de nata" and, the reception, asked at the kitchen to prepare it and, in 20 minutes have been delivered hot in my room

Breakfast really up the expectations, a huge variety of sweet and salty and, what can I say about the service, after 30 seconds sitting, at the table, on the gorgeous riverfront terrace with spectacular views, Ruben, the waiter, comes to pour in your glass the orange juice and he asks if you want something, impeccable.

Just to conclude, in the picture I posted also the courtesy kit of the bath and, creams and soaps are closed with the guarantee seal, a real rarity also in the “a lot of stars” hotels because, many hotels, recharge and don’t change the bottles in the rooms.

In order to prepare the luggage I needed the vacuum cleaner to put my pillow in the vacuum bag and, at one time, the housekeepers, they came and made it and the pillow was ready to be put in my suitcase!!

Thanks at the staff for pampering me during a business weekend.

The hotel building is fairly iconic, and the rooms look very trendy, but not too practical, and very small (18th floor).
It follows the new trend of either sleeping in the bathroom or having a bathroom in the bed room. The tv didn’t work, probably batteries, and room service (a bottle of white wine) took 1 hour and 20 minutes. It does have a great view of the bridge and you can wander along the sea front, which is nice. I suspect they are geared to a transient population of business customers who did not make the booking decision, as an individual, not worth the money.
