We popped in this small restaurant on top of Bairro Alto when passing by in an rainy and cool April day. We selected vegetable soup and grilled swordfish (peixe espada) from their daily list. Both were tasty and well prepared basic food. With the 10€ price we paid you get only a tasteless pile of bacalhau in the tourist area.
I recommend avoiding the busy streets with the tram lines and tourist shops. You will start to see the real Lisbon in the small allies like Rua da Rosa.
