We were delayed due to Volcanic ash which coincided with the Pope's visit. Thinking we would have to move out the staff could not have been more helpful assuring us that our room was available to us at the same rate we originally booked! Excellent. Breakfast can be a bit of a scramble(no pun intended) with coffee/teapots running out, replenshing of fooed but otherwise first rate. We had a 4mth old child with us and the staff made a big fuss of her making sure her cot and linen were immaculate every day. Lovely city and friendly people.

This hotel was awesome! We'd just arrived from spending a few weeks in South Africa for the world cup. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We paid slightly more than we did for our hotels in Spain but this was so worth it! First class service, great food, amazing room - spacious, clean, fridge, etc. A wonderful stop for weary travelers. I just wish they had this chain in other countries! I'd stay at them all!
Also, there is a great little restaurant across from the hotel that has pizza that is very good for an affordable price (I think it was 9 euro per pizza).

a very good hotel, a big room, very clean bathroom with bathtub. Everyday cleaned, free shampoos, cream and amenities. The service very polite , internet 30min free. Hotel very close to the metro station, in a big avenue. There is a big business center, congress and others, so sometimes the hotel is about to explode, so many people around. The food is good, lots of options, very taste. I recommend!
