It is located at one minute from the subway station. We walked to the Gulbenkian museum which is a must if you go to Lisboa. The employees at the front desk speak Portugaise, Spanish, French, English, German. They are extremely polite and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for six days and were delighted by the service at the front desk and at the door.
The heated pool was wonderful for a morning swim.
There are plenty of good restaurants around this hotel. The Tokyo Sushi bar is non expensive and delicious. We tried an Italian restaurant and a sea food restaurant across the street. All these restaurants are worth a visit.

Room Tip: We asked for a non-smoking room and the room we were given was for non-smoking people.

Hotel staff, especially guest services Ana was very helpful in organising the trips to Fatima, Sintara and Lisbon tours. Tours were not bad but not very informative. If I go back to Lisbon, I will not use Gray Lines for touring and I think hotel also should take notice of this review.

Room Tip: We took superior rooms, bit small but quite compact. We had good stay.hotel should give more emphasi...

I've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Corinthia Hotel, finalising details for a 3 day event, and I have absolutely no qualms about our plans.

The staff are remarkable - we were made to feel welcome and at home.

I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I'm really looking to returning in June.

Room Tip: It doesn't matter where you're room is situated - the view will be great - either the aquadu...

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday in Portugal. For three nights we stayed at the Corthinia Hotel Lisbon. This is an excellent 5 star hotel with great staff right from the reception to the cleaners. We opted to upgrade to an executive junior suite which was a fantastic room on the 20th floor with fantastic views of Lisbon. This upgrade then gave us use of the executive lounge on the 24th floor which had even better views. We could have breakfast in this lounge where a chef would do your eggs to your choice, and make pancakes . Throughout the day snacks pastries tea, coffee, fruit juice and wine and beer were complimentary and available to 10pm. This is a hotel I can highly recommend for a city break in Lisbon. The hotel is out of the centre but ther are a few cafes and other places to eat nearby The metro is just across the street and 2 different open top tour bus companies stop at the rear of the hotel. If returning to Lisbon we would certainly stay at the Corinthia.

Room Tip: Choose an executive junior suite as they are all on the 20th floor and above.

We've booked this hotel for 5 nights. I'll be short because there is so much to say that you'll need to experience itself. This is one of the best hotels we ever saw. The staff is very polite, they'll push there limits in order to make you happy. The breakfast was very good! Rooms clean and big. There is a metro about 200 meters from the hotel.
We will definatly come back! Thank you everybody at Corinthia hotel!

Room Tip: Book the executive rooms, there are located at the top floor and give a nice view. You'll also b...

Many hotels have great rooms, great pools, great meals and all the comfort and amenities one could expect, and Corinthia Lisbon is one of those places too.
It is quiet, clean, organized and well decorated, with spacious, comfortable rooms and bathrooms.
But the most valuable thing this hotel has is its staff.
I was in Lisbon with my kids for only two days and the stay was really a few steps above what one would expect, much of it because of the people working there. They make this hotel better than most of the hotels I know: every single person is really helpful, truly concerned with our needs and requests, efficient, professional and always very, very nice to the customer.
We will be back for sure.

We stayed at the Corinthia in Lisbon over the May bank holiday. The hotel is located close to the Lisbon Zoo and opposite the metro, also close to the Aero bus stop. If you want to get into the centre it is about 4-5 stops on the blue line so close. By taxi it cost around 7 Euros to the centre, Belem was about 8 Euros.

The rooms were nice, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom had a bath, shower over and bidet.

I didn't have breakfast here as it wasn't included in the room rate but I did snack in the bar and the food there was great. I also liked the outside terrace which was a really pleasant place to have a drink.

I used the gym which was well-equipped with an aerobic room as well as cardio and free weights section. There is a swimming pool but I didn't use it as guests had to wear swim hats (cost 5euros) and I don't like them. Have to say this is the first time I have come across mandatory hat-wearing at a hotel the last time I was told to wear a hat was at a Russian state swimming pool.

Got to say reallly enjoyed my stay and I would definitely return to Lisbon
