Cheap, clean, central, helpful. This is the one! They run a great affordable business in the heart of Lisbon.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the rooms that looks out over the street (Rua das Portas)

I stayed there two times. The location is of may favorite type - in the center, but a little bit away from the main traffic.
The hotel provides You everything for the money you pay: kind reception, free WiFi internet on the first floor and very basic breakfast.
What concerns breakfast - it is very basic, but you can fill you up for a while.
The only thing I did not like during one of times I stayed there - the intencive smell of chlorine. I left the door opened to bathroom for a few hours so after my return to room I had to open windows wiledy in order to ventilate strong smell of chlorine.

Stayed there for one night, and couldn't be happier with the room. It was small, basic, and clean and it was exactly what I wanted. Only complaint, was that the breakfast was pretty awful, and consisted of coffee, some stale bread and supermarket jam.

All the good reviews say it all, basically very clean, re-furbished just a few years ago, close to Airport bus stop, Metro and the city centre tram hub. Breakfast bread rolls to die for and who doesn't have the same for breakfast every day anyway? All at the right price.

Room Tip: We had a triple room for just the two of us as only one available so plenty of room

This family-run hotel was clean, functional and perfectly positioned for seeing Lisbon - all at a great price. Everything we needed was provided and there was always somebody on-hand to assist with queries.

The breakfast is simple with only hot drinks and breads, but it was more than adequate and left space to experience the great food available in the city.

We will be staying there on our return trips to this fantastic city.

We travelled as a family of four with two children aged 4 and 6. The room was a triple room on the top floor with its own bathroom and TV.

The family were very friendly and really card about our stay. The place was very clean and had free wi-fi on the ground floor. Breakfast was simple but adequate with juice, bread and jam with a hot drink. It was so central we could walk straight into the central squares.

If you have a car, then may be tricky to park and find the hotel.

I would stay here again for sure.

Room Tip: Try to ask for a room with a balcony.

Basic rooms but very clean hotel altogether. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, the rooms and basic breakfast offered excellent value in a very handy location. 10 euro per day car park was greatly appreciated.
