This place is located a little off the main roads and tourist areas but it is worth to go to. You can find good food for a reasonable price. You can choose from the menu or go for the buffet. There is a good number of dishes to choose from, not too many not to few.
The only thing missing were some signs explaining what each dish was.

My girlfriend and I stumbled past this restaurant when we first got to Lisbon and had the 6.50 euro all you can eat buffet and we were very impressed. There was plenty of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians. There were several delightful entrees (including veg pakoras and Tandoori chicken) which were the highlight. There was a prawn curry, 3 meat curries and about 4 vego curries to choose from for mains. The service was excellent and very attentive. I highly recommend this place for travellers who are on a budget and have huge appetites. Also great for vegetarians (not so common in Portugal)

Great food at a very cheap price 8.5€ for all you can eat buffet ! Loads of veggie & seafood choice if you don't eat meat, starter & dessert included if you have room & friendly staff. Agree that food not boiling hot but we were first in on a quiet evening so can't comment on food being overcooked.

I recently went to this indian restaurant with some friends. We were attracted by the low price: 6,50+drinks for a buffet at lunch or 8,50euros+drinks for a buffet at dinner time. First of all I took a look at the buffet, and it wasn't that big...I'm used to go eat at good indian restaurants, and actually the food at himalaia is ok for the quality, but really there isn't that much of a big wide choice. The only rice they have is the "plain" basmati, they have two type of chapati bread (but they don't have the cheese chapati, which is the best one to me). Then they had some noodles and around 5 meat-dishes. The place is nice, but I think there's a lack of choice....but still, it's a really good price for a dinner-buffet!!

The Food was so bad, they were served on Buffet Style serve yourself, and were so overcooked with being there for the whole day. Dried up food stuck to the trays. No taste, Young people were giving out leaflets at street corners to passers by and that is how we went to this off the street dingy place. Do not spend your good money here.
