Stayed for one night on a business visit. Whilst it has a good location near the river and the former expo site, I can't find much else to recommend it, unless you are a business traveller and want to be in the financial district, close to airport and rail and bus stations. Room upgraded to suite but it was very dated. All in all, completely unexceptional.

We stayed here one night on our way back to America. The hotel was only a few minutes from the airport. We were very pleased with the accomodations. When we arrived they had upgraded our room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was a great size for the three of us. The bathroom was large and well supplied. We ate at the restaurant on premises and the prices were well within range of any other places we ate while on our trip. The staff was helpful the next morning in getting us a taxi to the airport for our final destination. The prices were very good compared to other hotels we looked into. We would definitely stay here again.

Only stay one night to catch an early flight. They had free internet if you joined some frequent-visitor-programme.

Great restaurant on the ground floor.

Not cheap, but ok value overall.

Stayed here 1 night after coming back from Algarve via the train. I agree with everything TSB44 said in a previous review. The beds are hard and the air conditioning is underpowered. Take them up on 2 keys so that you can let the A/C run while you aren't there. The water was very hot and tough to regulate. The hotel is in a great location though if you are coming in from the train and/or flying out from the airport. Short taxi ride to the airport. There is a mall across from the hotel with big food court and lots of shops. Staff were pleasant enough but were more concerned with chatting amongst themselves than paying attention to us.

The coffee in the rooms is NOT free. They are 1.25euro per pod. Don't be fooled.

Recommended for a 1 night stay if you just want to be close to the train station (2 min walk) or the airport, and if you are already used to sleeping in hard beds.

Room Tip: Get 2 keys so you can let the A/C run while you aren't there.

I had a family trip to lisbon last may and we've choosen this hotel. Usually, when travelling around in europe, I'd rather be in city centre to use always public transportation than being upset driving through narrow and confusing streets.
This hotel is locatet at easter side of Lisbon, at Expo Park '98. Its a modern part of the city, easy to reach by car and train, not far from intl airport. And has a metro station just nerby (Gare Oriente).
The price was good, the hotel is new.

However, as a business oriented hotel, it has a "rush" period of check ins and outs in the morning, and the breakfast should be busy too.

The overall assessment isso good.
The rooms have enough space for a couple and the bathroom is fair, as Tivoli standard.

Room Tip: Choose the ones that faces Tejo River, and you'll enjoy gorgeous sun rising and a nice sight.

Hotel appeared clean, but beds are hard an uncomfortable, rooms were small and air conditioning was not great. The water was exceptionally hot in the sink and the shower so I was concerned with kids taking a shower and set the temperature for them. Location was good - near waterfront restaurants and airport. We stayed one night after visiting the Algarve and needed a place to stay before departing from Lisbon airport in morning. The airport was easy access with a taxi - no shuttle available. Front desk service was fine but clearly they are catering to airline crews etc. When checking out I was told to wait for airline crew checking in - despite the fact that the crew was chatting on the other side of the lobby. The baggage handler/ door people were very helpful and friendly however. We had stayed in six other hotels in Spain and Portugal on this trip and I found all of them more comfortable. I would try a different hotel next time.
